Good news on ocean protection, women’s finances, pet welfare

Brazil has the longest coastline in South America and the tenth-largest ocean area in the world. So its pledge to bring 100 percent of its ocean waters under sustainable management by 2030 makes it among the world’s most ambitious ocean stewards, reports Oceanographic Magazine.
